We offer return/exchange policy based on criteria mentioned here.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
The product can be returned/exchanged if it qualifies our “Quality Check” that includes below:
1.The Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
2.Delivered Product is incorrect (not the one as ordered)/ incomplete (missing parts)
3.The Product don’t belong to Hygienic Category i.e. Shavers, Epilators, Tooth Brush etc.
The product should must be in original condition & should include all packaging and accessories (i.e. Manuals/Warranty Card/Return Form/Sale Invoice/Tags etc.)
Returns Not Acceptable
The product will not be returned/exchanged based on below:
1.Product delivered during Promotions/Sales will not be returned/exchanged unless the delivered product is damaged.
2.The product got damaged after delivery.
3.The product is used.
4.The packing of product is damaged.
5.Product documents are not complete.
•If product is returned to us in an inadequate condition the company reserves the right to send it back to you.
•Usage Damaged Products (defective product after use) will come under company’s “Warranty Claim Policy” and will be dealt separately.
Required Information to Process Return Request
Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:
•Your order number & order date
•Product Model Number & Sale Invoice Number
•The reason for the return
•The desired action i.e. refund/replace
•The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
- Its customer responsibility to send product to our after sale service poc under zero hour defect(damaged/non-working product just after delivery)
- Refund/Replace in case of zero hour defect will be processed in 3-4 weeks after getting approved that issue is genuine and product has reached our warehouse.
- Our products are for domestic use and not for commercial use.
